Kate is Gravity Media’s Director of Global Business Development. In addition to traditional business development responsibilities, she is responsible for governance across the group, ensuring consistent alignment with corporate objectives, compliance standards, and industry best practices. Bridging strategy and executions, Kate plays a pivotal role in coordinating regional efforts, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and maintaining operational coherence across all business development activities.
She joined Gravity Media in 2013 as a Projects Engineer and progressed into her current role through Project Management roles. This included spending four years leading the Gravity Media team that helped deliver ITV UK’s highest-rated show, I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here!
