Thomas is responsible for the daily operations and strategic development of the multicamera department.
Since joining the company in 2007, he has built extensive expertise in the audiovisual production process. He began in the playout department of Kanaal Z within post-production and later advanced to the role of shader. In 2013, he became Engineer in Charge (EIC), taking on technical leadership for a wide range of national and international multicamera projects.
Starting in 2016, he combined this role with that of team lead for the video assistants, overseeing both their coordination and professional development.
In early 2024, he was appointed Multicam Manager, a role in which he now leverages his years of experience to further strengthen the department’s quality, efficiency, and innovation.
