Guido has been working at United since January 2007, where he started as Business Unit Manager Postproduction. In 2024, following the reorganisation within EMG Netherlands, he joined the executive team with responsibility for the Content Services division. This includes Postproduction, Digital Services and Boost. In addition, Guido leads the development team and plays a pioneering role in innovation projects such as Connected Camera, Butlers and Iris.
With his strong focus on innovation, efficiency and creativity, Guido actively contributes to the strategic and technological development of the organisation. His experience in both the creative and technical aspects of the media industry makes him a connecting force between content, technology and operations.
Before joining United, Guido worked as a producer at the Veronica Broadcasting Organisation and as Managing Director of Valkieser Capital Images, a leading high-end facilities company in Amsterdam specialising in commercials and feature films.
