With over 15 years of experience in human resources – including roles in international corporations as well as medium-sized enterprises – she brings extensive expertise in organizational development, change management, strategic HR management, HR services, and leadership development.
Her focus is on a people-first company culture, sustainable leadership development, and the successful support of transformation processes.
In addition, Karoline Thiel shapes all HR processes and projects at the corporate level. Under her leadership, HR is not seen merely as a service provider but as a strategic partner and a driver of sustainable HR success. Karoline works with a clear vision and a strong sensitivity for cultural dynamics.
